● One regular registration covers a paper within 10 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.
● One regular registration with additional papers has only one proceeding book.
● Welcome to register the conference and publish your paper as the reviewer, please send email to sewe@cbees.net. (At least Ph.D holder above can apply)
● In order to attend the conference the conference of SEWE 2023, at least one author of each paper must complete the registration.  Each registration entitles only one person to attend the conference.
● Author registration fee must be paid before the registration deadline; otherwise your paper will not be included in the confernece proceedings/journal.

▌Student Discount

You can enjoy the student discount if you are a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate student. You're required to send the scanned copy of student identification card when submitting your registration documents.

▌Refund Policy

●Cancellation up to 90 days prior to the event date: 30USD processing fee is required
●89-60 days prior to the event date: 30% processing fee is required
●59-30 days prior to the  event date: 50% processing fee is required
●29-0 days prior to the  event date: No refund
